Master the guitar from the comfort of your home – online lessons have never been easier with today’s innovative apps and tools!

Online

By Anthony Bierman

I provide private lessons online via the Farplay app.

Due to the Covid period, improvements in technology were made creating an application that reduced latency to the point where we can do lessons together in real-time. Meaning you can now take lessons from the comfort of your home anywhere in the world. Lessons via Farplay are from the age of 12 and up and available to any levels interested.

Lesson
Curriculums

By Anthony Bierman

My lesson plans follow the RSL, Trinity and LCM graded curriculums. These curriculums were developed in the United Kingdom and used largely throughout the commonwealth, including my home country of South Africa.

The lesson plans give a student a structured step by step approach to learning the guitar, which can be commenced from a complete beginner stage to more advanced learners.

Guitar Lesson Styles

By Anthony Bierman

The curriculums provide options to study the following styles of guitar.

I have a curriculum for beginners in place which can be worked through for those starting from scratch. Once completed we can discuss a stylistic choice for further study.

Acoustic Guitar
(Contemporary Music Styles)

Classical Guitar
(Solo Guitar Music)

Electric Guitar
(Contemporary Music Styles)

I can also assist with lesson plans in my 2nd instruments.

Ukulele
(Contemporary Music Styles)

Classical Ukulele

Bass Guitar
(Contemporary Music Styles)
